Online Money transfer in DBS/POSB have good exchange rates and you don't need to queue or spend time to go to Remittance center plus IT is for FREE, no service charge. 1. Go to POSB or DBS website and click on Login 2. Input username and password 3. Click on Transfer 4. Click on TO An Overseas Account 5. Scroll down and look for Make a Transfer, Click on Philippines 6. Input your secure pin using OTP or SMS 7. IN Recipient, click the drop-down (Please Select recipient) 8. For first time user, please select New Recipient and input the necessary info, like Name, Address, Account number etc. 9. Select Your bank from the list of Recipient Bank, input the AMount in PHP and also other details, there is NO service CHARGE 10. It will give you a summary for the TO and you need to choose your account in FROM(in case you have multiple account) 11. Input the amount (in PHP) and choose your Purpose of Remittance and the recipient mobile number, Check on the box for the Terms and Condition (read it first) and then click on Next 12. It will give you a summary with the exchange rate, then provide your 6 digit IB Secure Pin 13. Then it will give you your transaction number and the summary, by this time, you will receive a text from DBS that you have submitted a DBS Philippines Remit transfer to XXXX with the amount and time of request. If you are within cut off in 2-3 mins, you will receive another text message that the transfer has been successfully processed. Hope it helps.. Please do let me know your thoughts.. :D

hello ma'am. just want to ask if POSB still offers free/zero charge for money transfer from SG to PH as of writing. And can I also send money directly to my PH bank accounts? Do my bank need some sort of letter/email notifying that I will transfer money from SG? Appreciate your response on this. Thank you.

hi, just want to ask if lets say you have chosen a wrong bank, say for example money must be deposited to bank of the philippine island instead have chosen bpi family savings bank will there be any issue?thanks,,:)

They will credit back the money to ur account (a week if im not wrong), it happened to me already. Instead of bpi i wrote pnb.

Mine was the other way around, i sent money to my sister in law, it was supposed to be BPi and then it was sent to BPI Family Savings Bank, she still actually received it but took more time, like 3 days...
